Where possible we recommend to all of our customers to book an annual service with one of our members of staff. During a service one of our engineers will carry out a routine series of inspections and checks on your simulator. All of our simulators arrive with a 1-year warranty (applies worldwide).
We can offer an extension to your 1-year warranty as well as additional service contracts; typically we will quote for 3-5 years. Please get in touch if you would like more information.

Simulator support
Our team offer worldwide support should you have any issues with your simulator or software. A number of common issues can be resolved easily without our direct support. If you have not already, please check the manual documents supplied with your simulator, or the trouble shooting section documents below before calling our technical support team as support may be chargeable.
