Polo simulators

Racewood's simulators are world renowned as some of the most advanced pieces of equipment used for training in all equestrian disciplines.

In the Polo world, no other training aid is able to replicate the motion of real polo pony and at the same time provide valuable feedback on the rider's position; an essential when learning how to play different shots.

The rhythm and balance a rider experiences is unmistakably like that of any player's favourite 'stick and ball' pony'. Control of the machine via the bit sensors responding to realistic 'checks' on the reins, to bring the machine to a steadier canter or to a complete stop; just like a well schooled pony. Further sensors are located on the mane and beneath the saddle at the knee role position to highlight a player's correct position in the saddle. A light is illuminated when the correct sensors are contacted, confirming that the 'brace position' is applied.

folding floor

Positioned either side of the simulator are two folding floor sections that have balls attached to sticks. A great piece of training equipment that won't take up too much space.

fully caged

A unique ball delivery system with an electronic scoreboard to record your shots, the floor increases in speed in tandem with the horse meaning a player can hit up to 40 shots a minute providing he can match the stamina of the machine.
