STEPH BRADLEY - FREEDOM SADDLERY AND WHITEGATE FARM
Steph is a qualified MSFC and SMS Master Saddle Fitter, and a qualified BHS and BD accredited coach. Having competed dressage up to and including Intermediare I, and still actively competing today. She has also supported and coached her daughter Francesca - who now competes at Grand Prix and has represented GB Young Riders and Seniors. Steph spends her time split saddle fitting and coaching, loving both roles. Both roles are intertwined - saddle imbalance can cause rider imbalance!
Currently studying Level 4 Masters in Coaching at University of Gloucestershire, and also Sport Wales Coach Developer Practitioner Programme - one of only 9 coaches across all sports in Wales to be accepted onto this course. The two courses keep Steph well up to date with different coaching styles and designs to ensure sessions are as effective as possible.
Steph has also undertaken the Tesst Rider Symmetry certified coaches course - which means the findings on the Racewood Simulator can then be corrected under guidance ‘on horse’. The influence and effectiveness of the rider is often overlooked, and Steph firmly believes the mantra “work on the horse and you improve your horse; work on the rider and ALL their horses improve!”

SARAH DAVENPORT - EQUIMOTION
With a long list of injuries herself, Sarah took her extensive knowledge of equine anatomy and biomechanics and started to develop an equally extensive knowledge of human anatomy and biomechanics, with a particular focus on their role in riding. Knowing the benefits of Pilates for riders, Sarah trained as a Level 3 Mat Pilates Instructor and is also a qualified Equipilates™ Biomechanics Trainer.
At the same time, Sarah began to investigate the use of "Franklin Balls" in riding. January 2019 saw EquiMotion host the first true equestrian Franklin Ball clinic in the UK. The response to this clinic from riders was significant, the postural improvement in one session, dramatic. In February 2019, Sarah travelled to New York to attend the first Franklin Method Equestrian training with Eric Franklin, keen to learn how and why these little balls made such a big difference. Sarah returned to the UK as the first (at the time, only) Franklin Method Equestrian trainer in the UK. Sarah remains at the forefront of Franklin Method Equestrian training and is currently one of just three Level One Equestrian Educators in the world.
As EquiMotion grew, a common theme began to emerge. Most of the riders Sarah was seeing, had some form of injury, often incurred many years previously, that appeared to be a significant contributory factor to the problems clients were encountering in their riding. Determined to help her clients overcome these injuries, Sarah travelled to Lisbon to qualify as an AiM (Anatomy in Motion) Practitioner. The impact these programmes had on her own injuries was profound, and Sarah is now able to incorporate this work in her work at EquiMotion.
Sarah has also trained with leading performance psychologist Charlie Unwin, and having completed the Centre10 Advanced programme in Applied Psychology for Equestrians, she is ideally placed to help you rebuild your confidence over a fence, following a fall, or help recover from a confidence crisis after injury.
With Sarah's huge range of experience we are very excited to be able to offer her skills here at the Racewood Training Centre on our top of the range Eventing model. Contact Sarah to find out how to book.

STEPHANIE ROADWAY - THE BODY BLISS CLINIC
Steph opened The Body Bliss Clinic in Cannock over 8 years ago with a clear vision of wanting to help people, and to help those perform at their very best.
Prior to opening her Clinic, Steph worked in horse racing for well over 10 years working for some of the country's top NH trainers and obtained her level 2 racehorse care and management qualification both ridden and accompanying horses to the races. Following on from a substantial racing fall, she went in search of finding ways we can prevent injury and how recovery plays an important role.
As Steph's interests grew, and her knowledge expanded with her existing qualification, she set out to work hard on obtaining her Sports Science qualification which she passed with a triple distinction (the only pupil at her college to do so).
Steph is now qualified in Sports Coaching, L4 Sports Therapy and Injury Prevention, Mat Pilates and now the Franklin Method. She uses a combination of massage, Pilates, Franklin method & biomechanics to get the very best results for her riders and clients.
Steph also supports her young daughter who is currently riding BD as part of the BYRDS programme and has a strong interest in classical dressage.
With Steph's range of experience we are pleased to be able to offer her skill set here at Racewood on our top of the range eventing simulator.
